If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our company wants to keep you satisfied with our products, for this the product is hand selected and checked before shipping. If the item is damaged or incomplete, we would like to exchange it for you. We will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is a great one. You have 7 days to exchange your purchase from the day it was received. All shipping back expenses will be covered by Embrocare. Shipping expenses will not be refunded. If you receive a refund the transaction will be between 5-7 business days.

To be eligible for an exchange the item should

  • Be returned in its original package.
  • It should be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • Item should also have a proof of purchase
